Class Refund Policy for Participants
These refund policies apply to participants who have registered for regular adult and youth classes.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Center for the Arts has the following policies in place to ensure the organization’s sustainability:

If a request to cancel a program is made 21 calendar days or more prior to the start date of the program a full refund can be granted, minus a 8% (of class cost) administrative fee.

If a participant discontinues a class or a participant is removed prior to the program end date at the participant or caregiver’s request, no refund will be issued.

Any inclement weather or acts of God that occur will result in a cancellation of the class or a reschedule. If the class is rescheduled a refund will not be provided. If the class is cancelled a refund will be provided, minus the 8% administrative fee.

The Center for the Arts (CFA) reserves the right to cancel camps or classes that do not meet minimum enrollment. These classes will receive

Cancellation requests must be given in writing.

Refunds/Credits are NOT given for participant absences. A partipant may not make up missed classes.

NO refunds will be given if a substitute artist teaches a class due to the temporary absence of the scheduled instructor.
PLEASE NOTE: If a class is unexpectedly canceled by CFA, patrons will receive a full refund.
