The Fells offers tours for people of all ages to educate visitors on the legacy of John Milton Hay. They aim to restore and preserve the beautiful gardens and lakes that surround the property, along with pursuing those who wish to offer other educational opportunities surrounding the Hay family.

The New London Barn Playhouse is one of the oldest continuously operating summer theaters in the country.
