New London, NH: New London, NH – The Center for the Arts Lake Sunapee Region is proud to present 79’ and Holding, a witty and heartwarming play by Mary S. Allen, on Monday, September 15 at 6:30 PM at Whipple Hall in New London. This free community event, edited and directed by Gloria Allen, promises laughter, reflection, and recognition as audiences see themselves or their loved ones in each vignette.

With humor, nostalgia, and unflinching honesty, 79’ and Holding takes a colorful look at the lives of senior citizens—exploring joy, love, fear, heartache, and the inevitable awareness of mortality.
