Get Cozy and Creative at the CFA this September

New London, NH – This September the Center for the Arts (CFA) invites you to explore our fiber arts offerings. Both tapestry weaving and rug hooking are on the schedule for our Creative Classroom, which are very timely activities as the days become shorter and the nights get cooler. Learn something new, or reignite your passion for these traditional art forms.

Our Upcoming September Classes:

Tapestry Weaving Basics with Lisa Almeida

September 14, 10am–4pm

Learn the basics of contemporary tapestry weaving and how to create imagery with fiber using a simple tapestry loom.

Beginner Rug Hooking with Sandra Grant

September 27, 9:30am–1pm

Explore basic rug hooking from a juried member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen.
