Join in the fun by welcoming the community into your arts space or studio this fall foliage weekend. The Center for the Arts (CFA) will promote and list your space, inviting the community to experience the unique approach you take and the space where your inspiration and creativity shines. It’s a great opportunity for new exposure and art sales.

This opportunity is for CFA members and those located in the twelve towns we serve for easy driving for our community members. If you’re not a member, you can become a member online today.
​
Make the most of the Fall season by showcasing your work and space during the CFA Open Studios weekend.
​
The deadline to apply is August 22.
Application Process
Fill out the agreement, sign it, and submit your $50 registration fee to support the shared marketing costs. All applications are due by August 22, 2025.
Registration Form Includes:​

Input your name and contact information.

Select if you have your own studio or would like to be part of a group exhibit.*

Tell us which town your studio is located or where you'd prefer to show.

Attach a high resolution image of your art.

Consent that you have read and agree to the below statements by signing with a digital signature by using your mouse cursor or finger on the signature line.

Make sure your membership is current to participate or become a member. If you're not sure, please email us at info@cfanh.org.

Pay $50 registration fee.
*If your studio is out of our area, or if you don’t have one, please let us know in the form below if you’d like to join a group and we will notify you about the ability to show as a group!

Artist Agreement:
By signing this digital form, you are agreeing to the following:

That you understand your images may be used for promotional purposes.

Liability and insurance on all artwork, displays, and studios are the sole responsibility of the artists.

The CFA is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred.

That your studio is located in one of the following towns in the Lake Sunapee Region: Andover, Bradford, Danbury, Grantham, New London, Newbury, Newport, Springfield, Sunapee, Sutton, Warner, or Wilmot.

To reserve my participation, a $50 registration fee must be received no later than Aug 22.

To participate, my CFA membership must be current as of May 1, 2025, or after.

The registration fee is not refundable after Aug 22 for any reason.

The CFA will take NO commission.

Your signature verifies that you have read and do agree with all the statements and rules in this document.

The Center for the Arts agrees to provide marketing for this event which includes:

Brochures that can be distributed at various locations with studio map.

Posters distributed across the region.

An artist “Open Studios” sign to be placed at your street corner and studio.

Social advertising

Important Information:

Open Studios to be open 10am-4pm on both days with light refreshments for visitors.

Your registration fee must be received by Aug 22 to confirm your participation and to be included in promotional materials.
